fable5.top is an independent informational site. It shows no ads and sells no personal data. Most of the site works without an account; this page explains the few places where data is processed at all.

1. Account Information

If you choose to create an account (for update alerts or support tickets), we store the email address, name, and optional avatar you provide, plus authentication session data. Browsing the guide, calculator, and blog requires no account.

2. Support Tickets

When you submit a support ticket, we keep the ticket content and any attachments so we can respond to you. We do not use ticket content for anything else.

3. Cookies and Preferences

We use a small number of functional cookies only: an authentication session cookie (when signed in), a language-preference cookie (PARAGLIDE_LOCALE), and a local theme preference. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Analytics

We may use privacy-focused, aggregate analytics (such as a self-hosted Plausible instance or Google Analytics) to understand page views, referrers, country, and device class. No fingerprinting scripts and no ad trackers are present.

5. How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain the service.
• Send update alerts you explicitly opted into — no marketing lists.
• Respond to your support tickets.
• Detect, prevent, and address abuse and security issues.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service (hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

7. Security and Retention

Data is encrypted in transit. Account data is kept while your account exists; delete your account (or ask us to) and the associated personal data is removed. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to reply.

8. Your Rights

You can access and update your information in Settings, or contact us via the support widget to export or delete it.

9. Changes

We will update this page if data handling changes and adjust the date above. Material changes will be flagged prominently.
